Where multiple accounts are identified, ultra66 reserves the right to close all associated accounts, forfeit any balances held, and disqualify any bonuses received.
2.4 Accurate Information. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to keep such information updated at all times. Ultra66 reserves the right to close or restrict accounts where inaccurate or misleading registration information is provided.
2.5 Identity Verification (KYC). ultra66 is required under its international gaming authority licence to conduct identity verification on members. 4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. ultra66 accepts the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, 7-Eleven Cliqq, and USDT TRC20. All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise specified.
4.2 Deposits. Deposits made via e-wallet (Touch n Go, Boost, GrabPay) are credited to your ultra66 account instantly upon confirmation by the payment provider. Bank transfer deposits are typically credited within 5–15 minutes. ultra66 does not charge fees on standard deposit transactions, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.
4.3 Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests are processed by ultra66 within one (1) business day for verified members, subject to any applicable security review. Withdrawals must be made to a payment method in your own name that matches your registered ultra66 account details. ultra66 reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing any withdrawal.
4.4 Minimum Transactions. Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are as stated on the Platform at the time of the transaction. These amounts may be updated from time to time without prior notice.
4.5 Source of Funds. You confirm that all funds deposited into your ultra66 account originate from a legitimate source and are not the proceeds of criminal activity. ultra66 is required to report suspicious transactions to the relevant authorities under applicable anti-money-laundering regulations.
5.1 ultra66 may offer bonuses, free bets, free spins and other promotional incentives to members from time to time. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, game restrictions, time limits and maximum withdrawal amounts derived from bonus funds.
5.2 All promotions are available to members who are 21 years of age or older and who have completed the KYC verification process, unless otherwise stated in the promotion terms.

6.2 Bets that are accepted are binding, subject to the settlement rules applicable to the relevant event or game. ultra66 reserves the right to void any bet that has been placed in error, at manifestly incorrect odds, or as a result of a technical malfunction.
6.3 In the event of a dispute regarding the settlement of a bet, the decision of ultra66's trading or settlement team, made in accordance with published rules, shall be final and binding.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ultra66 Platform and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and reporting to the relevant authorities:
All content on the ultra66 Platform, including but not limited to software, graphics, logos, game content, text and design elements, is the property of ultra66 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. 9.1 The ultra66 Platform and all services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Ultra66 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the reliability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose of the Platform or any game outcomes.
9.2 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ultra66 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or loss of gaming opportunity resulting from technical interruptions.
9.3 Nothing in these Terms shall limit ultra66's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.
10.1 ultra66 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or terminate any member account at any time, with or without notice, where ultra66 reasonably believes the member has breached these Terms, engaged in prohibited conduct, or where account closure is required for regulatory compliance purposes.
10.2 Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, ultra66 reserves the right to forfeit any balance held in the account, including any bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds. Where an account is closed for any other reason, any real-money balance (excluding bonus funds not yet subject to wagering completion) will be returned to the member via their registered payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification.
10.3 Members may request account closure at any time by contacting ultra66 customer support. Account closure requests will be processed within two (2) business days.
11.1 ultra66 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment.
